1. Valid proof of purchase (receipt/order number) will be required.
  2. The merchandise for exchange is in its original condition.
  3. The merchandise is returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  4. The value of the replaced merchandise will be equal to the Purchase price of the exchange/claimed article as mentioned in the receipt irrespective of the current price of the item being exchanged/claimed article.
  5. Defective merchandise will be considered, provided the damage is not as a result of excessive wear, negligence or non-compliance to cleaning instructions on the item label or wrong usage.
  6. Items to be exchanged is/are not undergarments (boxers, briefs, pants, stocking, vests, camisole, socks, pajamas, swimming costumes, bikers, Handkerchiefs, leggings etc

 

Once you have submitted your return request, we will contact you within 48 hours to arrange retrieval. You will also have the choice to deliver the product to one of our pickup Stations.

Once your product is retrieved a quality check will be done to verify the issue and within 72 working hours a confirmation will be provided to ascertain if the item shall be repaired, replaced.

Please NOTE that the products in your possession are your responsibility until they are picked up by our driver or you have dropped them off at a pickup Station. Any product that is not properly packed or is damaged will not be eligible for a return, so please take proper care of the products you might want to return!
